Brittany Kennedy was a orphan. As she has become a mature woman she continues to find the scars of her past present in her daily life. The way she relates to people, the way she loves, the way she builds relationships all seem to have a common thread. As an adult she has become an advocate for children, for people who once were broken, and for those who still are. Kennedy also wants to share her story with to educate others on the struggles that children undergo in foster care and later on as adults with the possibilities of hope, light, and love. The reasons why we do what we do are explored here. Welcome to “Letmeseethelight.”
